1. Our Free Gifts offer may not be combined with any other promotions, price discounts or coupon codes.
2. Simply enter the Free Gift you would like into the comments section during the checkout process, when you reach the designated dollar level.
3. Our Free Gift offers are for orders placed online and paid in full with credit card or an open account.
4. Only one Free Gift per order.
5. Shipping does not count towards our Free Gift offers (example $450 in product and $50 in shipping does not qualify for a $500 level gift).
6. Please allow 3-4 weeks for receipt of your gift.
7. If you return your product the value of the free gift you received may be deducted from your refund.
